Agreement with Cadus Labs LLC
Sum & Sign is operated by Cadus Labs LLC. These terms form an agreement between you and Cadus Labs LLC when you access the mobile applications, website, or related services.
Using Sum & Sign
You must be at least 16 and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for information entered through your device, keeping access to your email account secure, and using the service lawfully. Do not probe, automate, scrape, resell, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass purchase, allowance, referral, privacy, or security controls.
Entertainment and self-reflection
Sum & Sign is for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, relationship, employment, or other advice. Results do not predict or guarantee health, pregnancy, death, finances, legal outcomes, or another person's behavior. You remain responsible for your decisions.
Subscriptions and permanent blueprint access
Prices, billing periods, trial terms, first charge, next renewal date, and included reading volume are shown before purchase in your local store currency. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple or Google before the store's renewal deadline. The store controls charging, refunds, billing recovery, and cancellation.
A successful paid period earns a permanent Sum & Sign blueprint grant for that account. Cancelling or allowing the subscription to expire does not revoke that earned core blueprint. The active subscription provides ongoing forecasts, timing, readings, and the usage volume shown for your tier. All paid tiers include the same feature set and differ by volume.
Fair use, availability, and changes
Published reading allowances apply to their stated billing periods. Unusually automated or abusive use may be slowed or suspended to protect the service; fair-use controls are not a substitute for the purchased allowance. We may change or discontinue features, but we will not silently convert a permanent blueprint grant into temporary access.
The service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider incidents, or events outside reasonable control. We do not promise that every device, language, location, or store offering will remain supported indefinitely.
Content and intellectual property
Sum & Sign and its original software, design, text, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your limited right to use the service is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable when these terms are materially breached. You retain rights in information you enter.
Account closure
You can export and permanently delete your account from the app. Deletion removes Sum & Sign account access and linked service records, but it cannot cancel a subscription held by Apple or Google. Billing must be managed separately in the applicable store.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. The final governing-law, dispute, liability, and operator-address provisions will be completed for Cadus Labs LLC's formation jurisdiction and approved launch markets before paid availability.
