Sign in with the same verified email, then use Restore Purchases in the app. Permanent blueprint access is account-based; birth inputs remain device-only and may need to be entered again on a new device.

Tell us what happened without including birth details, report text, passwords, verification codes, or purchase receipts.
Manage or cancel billing
Apple and Google control store subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewal but does not remove an earned permanent blueprint.
Export or delete data
Open Account in the app to export your stored account data or permanently delete the account. Read the public deletion guide before proceeding.

Include your device model, operating-system version, app version, approximate time, and the safe error code shown in the app. Do not email private inputs or authentication material.
